Lisa Estrada-Perdue

Lisa started her sales career at the age of 19, training under Craig Irwin at the Irwin Realty Group, specializing in investment and development. She went on to obtain her broker’s license in 2000. In 2001 she started her own independent brokerage firm that specialized in site location for national retailers wanting to expand in secondary markets.

With over 25 years experience in commercial real estate sales and development, Lisa has assisted investors, developers, and national retailers with their growth strategies throughout North Texas, Oklahoma and Arkansas. In 2013 Lisa joined Marcus and Milichap’s National Retail Group focusing on multi-tenant retail assets. Her past experience proved advantageous providing the ability to stabilize retail assets in secondary markets and procure viable investors. Many successful transactions have resulted in an impressive list to close ratio. In 2017 Lisa received a National Recognition Award for outstanding sales performance. In 2019 Lisa was recruited by Burk Collins & Company as VP of Brokerage and Leasing to assist with procuring retail development sites and tenant line ups. Since, Lisa has assisted with development of more than 1M SF of retail space and leased nearly 2M SF in Texas, OK, & AR.

Today, Lisa is honored to have had a distinguished career that has produced a notable group of colleagues, an extensive broker network, and many repeat clients.
